This item is Brand New, Factory Sealed! Free shipping offered with one day handling time on orders placed before 5PM Central Time. For example orders placed by 5PM Monday are guaranteed to ship out by Tuesday. Orders placed after 5PM may not ship out until Wednesday. 

The majority of our orders ship out USPS First Class with Tracking or USPS Priority mail. Larger packages will be shipped out via UPS Ground or FedEx ground depending on the cost. Some larger media items may ship out USPS Media mail. Please pay close attention to the shipping method designated in the listing. Transit times will vary primarily on your distance from the Chicago Metro Region.

Pictures are HIGHLY recommended and may be required to file insurance claims. We do our best to package all items as needed however once the item leaves our hands we have essentially no control over the items treatment. The Post Office, FedEx and UPS are all experiencing random shipping delays.
